Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use devBoard. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

devBoard is project-tracking software provided by App Tube d.o.o. (reg. no. 21806480) as native applications and a hosted backend. We may change, add or remove features as the product develops.

2. Your account

You need an account to use devBoard. Keep your credentials secure — you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, and you must give us an email address that reaches you.

3. Your content

Everything you put into devBoard stays yours. You grant us only the licence we need to store, process and display it in order to provide the service to you and the people you share a workspace with. We do not use your content to train models.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use devBoard to break the law or to infringe anyone's rights.
• Do not upload malware, or content you have no right to share.
• Do not attempt to breach, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or resell access to it without our written agreement.

We may suspend an account that materially breaches these rules, with notice where it is reasonable to give it.

5. Payment

devBoard is in development and is currently offered without charge. When paid plans launch, prices, billing cycle and refund terms will be published here and you will be told before any charge is made. Nothing in these terms lets us charge you for a plan you did not choose.

6. Availability

We work to keep devBoard available and your data safe, but the service is provided as is during development, without a formal uptime guarantee. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, App Tube d.o.o. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury or fraud.

8. Ending it

You may delete your account at any time, and your data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy. We may terminate an account for a material breach of these terms, or if we discontinue the service — in which case we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia, and disputes fall to the courts of Croatia, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you have where you live.
